Hand shaped and hammered 1 cm diameter 14k gold-filled coin pendant suspended on an adjustable gold-filled cable chain. The chain is 20 inches long however since the cable chain is slightly larger you can easily clasp the small spring ring clasp on any link on the chain making it easy to wear it shorter then 20 inches.
